Pay Monthly on Bike-discount.de?

I was wondering if there was a way of paying monthly for a bike on bike-discount.de because i am looking at this bike: http://www.bike-discount.de/shop/k1830/ ... m-7-0.html and underneath the add to cart there is a gray bar and on the left side of the bar it says finance 21,00 € monthly. APR: 8,9% so i'm wondering does mean you can pay monthly? if so how do you pay monthly because i cant seem to find an option for it anywhere.

    Prety sure it only applies to the Germans. Its not available if you set you area to UK and GBP.

    Its £700, you''ll be able to get a 0% credit card to pay it off..

    Same with YT, shows credit options, then they disappear when you select English.
