Ellesmere Port

Can anyone tell me if this route through Ellesmere Port to the bridge at Runcorn is open to the public and OK for us to cycle along. Take a look at miles 41ish to 48. Thanks

The reference to Ellesmere Port threw me as the route doesn't head into the Port. However the route from miles 41 through 48 should be fine as the A56 is a single carriageway main road with speed limits varying from 60mph (and quite wide) down to 30mph through the likes of Helsby and Frodsham.

Thanks, with no one coming back to us, we decided to re-route missing out the straight roads going through the port as we weren't sure we could get through, so the route you've just checked is the new one! Thanks for checking anyway!
