My winter bike.
Had a hard life this year so just given it a facelift with a new white FSA stem and deda bartape.
My summer bike.
New profile design stem, planet x AL30 wheels and computer mount for this year, but due to crappy weather hasnt really been out much yet.

I'm sorry, but you need to sort those hoods out on the summer bike. I have no idea how you actually ride it with them like that...

Yeah i know, i fitted the new stem last weekend and put the bars on but didnt notice how much they were pointing up until i uploaded the photos on here, the bars need to be angled down more as do the planet x ones.0

Like the mount for the Garmin 305 , is it one of the slide in sideways type , where did you get it, cheers.0

The bars should be flat since they are bladed and the shifters moved round.0

No its actually one of the 1/4 turn ones for the new edge units, i got an adaptor from raceware to turn my old edge into a 1/4 turn fitting.lawrences wrote:The bars should be flat since they are bladed and the shifters moved round.
Yes i know. ive flattened the bars out now and shifters are lower down. However, i have a number ofissues with my back and dont have great flexibility and i still need the shifters higher than most would have them. If i lower them too much, i cant reach to shift or brake without discomfort. I have tried different bars, ergo, compact, etc and after lots of trial and error, the fit and reach to the shifters is spot on for me0
