Which brakes

Hi,I'm slowly building my first bike which is a sb66
and I am stuck on which brakes to get. I had hope stealth
M4 in mind but I av centre lock wheels and hope don't make
rotors for them, I currently have formula RX on my lapierre
but av not been impressed with the amount of squeaking they do,
which puts me off formula.
So can I fit different make rotors to hope brakes or is there
better/different brakes that I should consider.

    Shimano XT's are great.
    Combine with Ice-Tech rotors for amazing stopping power.
    I went from Elixir7's and have never looked back

    Shimano centrelock rotors are usually fine, but the caliper of some brakes can foul the rotor spider.

    Thanks for your replies,xt brakes seam to pop up
    as a favoured choice a lot so are they really that good,
    Does anybody on the forum have hands on experience
    or is there any mags that av reviewed them cheers
