What does a Cannondale Frame number look like?

I need my frame number for insurance purposes but the actual number stamped below the BB is obscured by the cable guide.

However, it has a sticker which has two codes on it:

H1DH*****
201******-*

Where * = number

I hope one of these is the frame number, can anyone confirm?

Many thanks :)

Did the number not come with the paperwork when you bought it?

No, Evans were particularly crap in this respect, they gave me nothing other than the receipt.

I would write down both numbers to cover the bases for the insurance. I photograph everything I put on my insurance with a close up of any serial numbers along with it.

Look for a sticker with a bar code and a 7 digit number starting with a letter. Letter denotes year of manufacture.

Ah, you are a gent, perfect!

Although slightly worrying that the serial number can just be pealed off...

No, it's there and now registered with Cannondale - I was in a rush earlier as I was freezing having just got back from a ride so I only saw the one sticker.

Also, from what little I can see the H1DH***** number that was on the sticker I first saw would appear to be the same as that stamped in the frame so that's what I have given the insurance company.

That is not the number, from Cannondale Manual

The serial number for your bike is located on a
barcoded label which is attached permanently to the
    underside of the bottom bracket.

Other Numbers On The Bottom Bracket
The other number stamped into the bottom bracket
in the same area are NOT unique to your bicycle
although, they could be helpful to authorities in theft
recovery. These numbers are used in our factory.

No no, I get that - I found the other sticker/number too BUT the H1DH does seem to correspond to what's stamped into the frame.

What I was questioning was than the insurance company want the serial number which, even by Cannondale's description, can just be peeled off. The only permanent number is what is stamped into the frame which isn't even specific to the bike...

Ho Humm, they also say a photo will do, of which I have plenty :)
