Marzocchi Remote Lockout kit?

I've recently got hold of a set of Marzocchi Marathlon LR forks for my MTB. From what i've read, the forks have a kit available to convert the crown lockout to remote lockout (this is the same lockout as the Corsa LR forks kit i believe). However, I cant find the kit anywhere! can anyone give me a pointers as to who stocks them?
