Do i need to put a special anti seize grease on the rotor bolts when installing the brakes, or would it be ok to use finish line grease which i already have.

Blue thread lock. Medium strength. No grease.

The bolts i have are blue on the threads does this mean that they are already pre prepped nick. Any particular reason that grease should not be used?

    Yes pre threadlocked...

If you grease them the threadlock doesn't work, it also ruins the torquing up, to secure a bolt you torque a bolt to stretch it the right amount to make sure it doesn't work loose (not enough torque) - or use threadlock - or you don't strip the threads (too much). For rotor bolts you don't stretch to secure, hence the threadlock.
