Didn't know to put this, but does anyone have an idea how to attach a light to this helmet,

Its the 661 Comp Shifted Full Face helmet, the vents have a mesh over them so not able to put velcro through them, i did think about attaching a velcro mount around part of the chin guard but I cant find a mount thats able to do this.
Any help is appreciated

Some folks drill holes in the visor. A big chunk of quality velcro would probably hold it but might not be totally stable.
I made a wee bracket so that my lights can clip onto a Gopro quick release, quite nice...Uncompromising extremist0 -
It depends on your light. With my Magicshine I just used the normal helmet mount which is just a long bit of velcro with the mount in the middle and wrapped it around the visor so it couldn't go any further back then zip tied it through the back of the visor so it couldn't slide forwards. Worked really well and only cost a few zip ties. I've also been able to use just the velcro mount on some visors but it puts it quite far back and I prefer it towards the front so that the visor doesn't catch the light and it also puts it in a better position.0

AyUp lights have velcro mounts that would suit this type of helmet, you would need to double check where the pads would sit though.0

I tried riding downhill at night once. Broken collar bone and a severely grazed nipple was the result :?Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350

Hey dude, sorry to revive a thread this old but this is the only place i have found ANYTHING relating to this. how did you make that go pro mount? i have a light with nearly the exact same mounting system and would love to be able to mount it on my fullface
Cheers!0 -
I've designed (and 3d printed) an adaptor for magicshine lights to fit a gopro mount. Could sell a few perhaps, if that's the one you're after.0

You can also get them from place like Screwfix. Or if you don't trust adhesive one of these: http://clee-cycles.co.uk/esite/P4403/product0 -

Problem is, they tend to move around because the loop design is crap. I've made an adapter that lets you forgo the loops entirely0
