I've entered the now. Weather is looking up for the weekend so hopefully should be a good ride. Longest one for me in 2013 (YET  ).

Well, not seen the official times, but i managed it in around 5hrs20 - which is about 1/2hr faster than my target.

Nice ride, some interesting scenery. Last 20miles took it out of me into that headwind, on my tod. I thought i'd be caught by a group that i could piggy back on to, but i just didn't have the legs to stick with any of them.

Great ride. I did it in 5hr05. A lot of people were going like the clappers from the start
I rode 95% on my own and agree the last 20 miles into head wind was a right drag.

Anyone else do the long route using Garmin tell me what the total climb was ? My edge 500 recorded

    Distance: 84.20 mi
    Elevation Gain: 3,415 ft

    Garmin says:
    82.31miles/3451ft

    Strava says:
    85.3miles/3443ft

My wheel magnet came loose and started knocking the sensor at about mile 60. I had to stop to fix that, then i went a mile or so before it started working again, so i.e expected anomalies

I did it....it was my first sportive and loved every minute. Did the 64 mile route in 3:26. Managed to latch on to a quick group for 45 miles then got dropped on one of the hills and couldn't get back on. The last 10 miles were a real struggle. The last hill before the finish - my legs were on fire :)
Good day & very well organised.
