Hi all,

Has anyone fitted a 2.4 rubber queen on a fox talas or float 32? I know the RQ is volumous and the fox flork is rated to 2.4 so I'm a little concerned clearance will be tight

I have the Mountain King 2.4's running with talas 32s and the clearance is fine, I know they're not RQs but I would imagine they are a similar size :p

Perfect, thanks. It's more a continental tyre thing than a RQ, advice very much appreciated

I'd be careful with that statement......I've a MK 2.4 which is the same width as my RQ 2.2.

My RQ is on the Fox float 32 - no issues at all.

    Also the name is rediculous.

A tyre with that much volume would be very similar to a 650b bike with standard tyres.

    Clearance is definitely fine
  • I run a 2.4 on a float 32... clearance is fine, I even have one of those mud guard things between fork and crson, and there's still a few mm free.

They do come up big though
