I'm in a very similar position. 6ft 3 and 72kg. Somehow I appear to be loosing a small amount of weight, and I am always hungry.

To combat this I now eat the following:

    Breakfast (6am) - 3 x Weetabix & Coco pops on top  2 x wholemeal bread & peanut butter
    Breakfast MK2 (11am) - 3 x Weetabix

Snacks - 3 x bananas throughout the day.

Lunch - 150g of Brown pasta, Tomato soup & Spinach and some crisps (sometimes included 2 eggs in the mix for extra protein)

Tea - Varies, but often pasta or rice with Chicken of some sort.

Main thing I find is eating lots of carbs as they do fill me up.

That's some healthy food and not excessive so if you do any amount of exercise is likely to cause some weight loss.

Circa 50 miles a day. Maybe I should have another Kit Kat.

50 miles a day on that diet an you wonder why you're losing weight?!
I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.

I'm no nutritionist, but I would suggest more fat in your diet and less diet.
