Rapha Race Stickers

Hi, I bought the Rapha / Team Sky race guide book from Rapha, and it came with three stickers included - does anyone know how to obtain all the others?

(you'll probably only know what I'm talking about if you have the race guide book yourself)

    From Rapha representatives at each race
    From your latest Rapha order, which will include the appropriate sticker for each race at relevant points in the season.

    got this from their website, the second seems a clever marketing ploy...
