fitting disc brakes

saw this bike on ebay looks almost perfect for what i want in a bike except disc brakes

basically is there space for disc brakes to added at a later stage

There is space, but no mounting so to go to discs you need
1/ new wheels
2/ new forks
3/ an add on rear brake mount.

Much cheaper to buy a disc equipped bike!
