Giant trance x 5 bottom bracket

Anybody know what size bottom bracket for my secondhand trance x 5 frame, it's come stripped and can't find parts details anywhere on Internet ? All I know it's a 68mm octalink bb thanks

    sounds like a standard 68mm shell

    the actual bottom bracket depends entirely on the chainset you have

    Thats fine if you fit the same cranks, if you fit different ones they may need a different width axle, its cranks that dictate the width, not the frame!
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
