    friday (and thats looking unlikely) will be my first time since august, mostly due to back injury and the fact im a fair weather golfer. nothing of any note here in essex, some interesting courses in suffolk that are semi local. i havent been able to justify a membership recently due to my hatred of cold weather golf, but want to get back into this spring/summer and if im playing once a week get down to single figures on my GU HC.

    ultimately playing the top 100 is my longterm aim. but the trouble as is most peoples, lack of time for such pursuits, unless thats the only 'thing' you do.
