First ride in 3 months!

Going out for my first ride in 3 months tonight. Having been working at a dog rescue centre (https://www.facebook.com/ElephantNatureParkDogs?fref=ts) for the last three months, i never had a chance to do some riding.

Going to take it easy but i've lost nearly a stone in that time so hopefully my hill climbing will have improved!

    Bit of an ironic gesture that. Someone from these forums is ill in hospital apparently (cant remember what the illness was).
