Chain Jumping/slipping on cassette??

Hi Guys, I am having an issue with the gears on my bike, When pedalling (every 3-4 rotations) it feels as if the chain is momentarily jumping on the rear cassette and nearly changing gear. Because of this I have replaced the chain and mech jockey wheels that were worn, Cleaned out the shifter, fitted a new cable and removed and cleaned/lubed the rear mech. Despite all this the problem is still happening. I am confident im setting up the limit screws correctly and when there is no loading on the pedals(on the bike stand) all seems fine but as soon as I ride the bike the chain jumps. Is there any chance that the free wheel is faulty causing it to feel as if the chain is jumping? any other help or ideas would be good.
Cheers Rick

    freewheel or cassette.

look and see if the chain is actually jumping.

I had this, turned out my bearings in the rear hub were shot and allowing the cassette to move under load, causing the chain to catch the teeth above.

Replaced bearings and everything works fantastically.

This seems to be the most likely cause.
