Which front mech..??

Hi ya ... i have a specialized hardrock 29'' and i want to change front mech and i am between these 2

And how can I check that?

Work out what size the clamp is, what side the cable enters from and the position of the clamp. ie:

34.9, top pull, low clamp. It is definitely a 34.9.

But why are you wanting to change?
