    Nice bit with claire balding in the gym, but other than that not much in it - its about gym users taking drugs and stuff.

    One thing you don't say when arriving back in Blighty to the customs officer's question. "Where have you been" is to say Holland.
    Even in the days of crossing from Belgium to France would you say Holland.
