Cycling Apps for iphone

Just got a new iphone and I'm a complete noggins...
Anyone want to recommend the essential apps for a roadie?
I don't want strava or that rubbish - I have a garmin and use the phone STRICTLY for news and info, not for taking with me to record rides. Anything post ride would be ok, as at the moment I just upload to training centre on my lap top.
Stuff like the "sky pro cycling app" (seems ok for a good year event calendar and sky news/rider profiles), and anything else that you find essential would help.
