bleeding m775 xt brakes

Hi I bought a dan Gould bleed kit off eBay ,method basically is pump fluid thru nipple until u see the new fluid come through the resivour then just top up and tighten bleed nipple ,
Seems straight forward but no success anyone have any other methods to try,

    Bleeding the wrong way.

    Try reading the bleed manual on shimanos webby.

    Lol you got it in reverse you fill the reservoir.... Open bleed nipple pull lever blade slowly.... Hold lever blade to bars while tightening bleed nipple. And repeat. Top up reservoir as required.

    Seems the kit I bought is crap then ,is it easy enough for a novice mechanic or should I take to lbs

    was recommended on this blog a couple of weeks' ago and I bought one as a result. I won't exaggerate and claim that my grandmother could bleed shimano brakes with it (she died in 1978 long before bikes had hydraulic disc brakes) but my mother certainly could. Dead clear instructions and perfect kit.

    Also does anyone know if m785 levers will work OK with my 775 calipers as my reach adjuster is knckered
