Okay,
so we're stepping up the distances earlier in the year than ever before and a few weeks back we did a 50 miler (my mates 1st) and I suggested we up it to 100Km this time.

I don't quite know how, but I'm now doing a 200Km ride on Sunday.

I think we somehow got to 100 miles through a series of "Oh we might as well cycle THERE" comments. :?

The 200Km may have hit when I said "I wonder if I added a small loop on at the end I could hit 200Km for the first time?" but I'm not sure.

Now we're committed to 200Km and my bloody mate is saying he'll cycle back from mine which adds another 8 miles on for him. Naturally I can't allow this to happen, so I'm breaking his bike when we get back to my house.

    Ok, I will.

Do you mean in the over excited sense or kidnapped by a villain sense? Is there a word limit?

The only rules are that you'll be penalised for repetition, hesitation or deviation. You have 60 seconds starting now.

I do the Pearson 150 (150k) every year in May, it's pretty knackering, 200k is even more but you'll be alright! Just make sure you get the pace right I usually set off too fast in a fit of enthusiasm at the start before having to slow right down...
