bike fit in cornwall!

hi,

I am thinking of getting a bike fit as iv been having a bit of knee pain and i cant put my finger how to sort it?

have you had one local?
would you recommend them?

    I had same thing went to ryde cycle fitters in Plymouth.

    Bike Chain Ricci do bike fits to I had mine with Ricci and it was good, I think the main fitter is Ian who does them every Saturday. Probably worth an e-mail or call: http://bikechainricci.co.uk/

    I'm in the same position aswell but thought I would visit my GP first so I'm now visiting a physio tomorrow. Planning on a bike fit but keen to know what the problem is so I can work backwards on the possible causes.

    I also went to Ride in Plymouth and although I don't have any other experiences to compare it to, I'd say he knows his stuff and I'm happy with the results.
