Panaracer Tecnova Tire?

I recently got 2 new sets of panaracer tecnova tires for free with the purchase of some tubes. I can't find anything on the internet about them except for some guy on ebay selling a used pair for 130 bucks. That made me wonder if they are really good tires. Does anyone have any knowledge on these tires. They caught my eye because they are the only 700 by 20 clinchers I have seen. Thanks. PS They are not the technova, which I believe is a bmx tire.

I don't know anything about them - but because they were free with tubes I doubt they are worth what they sold on ebay for. Something's go way over what they are worth on ebay. People get caught up in the moment of bidding.

My guess is they are worth only a few quid!
