E-Trike/E-Bike on road/off road/lane cycle/path/route uk

Hi all,

I am new here, When i ride can on road legal for my trike 36V 250W motor kit (15.5mph).

I think accident cars lots on road with the bike. I can allow to on path for my E-Trike kit (safety)?
All I see cycle lane and route use ride.

36V 250W motor can off road about 15.5mph to 21mph?

I need learn bike the route ride uk, when i go ride for work, shopping etc.
