Tapered head with a standard tube?

Im curious on how a standard fork will look with a tapered head tube?
I'm thinking about getting a new frame with a tapered head tube but don't want to splash out on new forks.
I know with with a headset,spacers etc the 1 1/8 steerer will fit. But what will it look like?
Has any one had this done before or any pictures on what will it look like?

I doubt you'd notice without being told as the entire steerer tube is hidden in the headtube.I don't do smileys.

It does depend on the headset, I now have a hope internal lower cup and it looks a bit funny.
I have the old headset if you're interested...0 -
I like the style in the photo, do you know what head set that is? My frame will be white as i have white forks.
