It's not tarty at all, the same as buying it in red or blue, but it will certainly stand out to people who know what there looking at ... just got myself a rear green disc, just need on on front to match (ebay watching)0 -
Thanks for the comments so far!
I've put the chain, both brakes, shifter (still needs wire routing etc.) and grips on today.
Waiting on the tyres in the post so will get them on as soon as, will get the rear derailleur and brakes set up tomorrow.
Pics will follow when it starts looking a little different!0 -
Yep0

Looking at that, I'm feeling a bit green.......
Nice, I do like the look of slender steel tubing, that looks far to skinny, on an LT HT, although they always look even skinnier when their are no tyres on for some reason!Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0 -
Small update:
Tyres are on, rear brake fitted.
Cables and hoses waiting to be routed:
Things left to do:
- Fit saddle
- Route cables
- Adjust rear derailleur
- Set up chain device
- Bleed and set up brakes (possibly shorten hoses)
- Fit pedals0 -
aaaaand its pretty much done.
Just got a temp saddle for the time being.
no more messy cables:
waiting on the weather to sort itself out to get on a test ride!0 -

I once overlooked the wheel tyre logo alignment thing and the trail gods promptly removed me from my bike and placed me in a&e  . Very smart bike by the way.0

Wah? Sorry to go off-topic but whats this about the valve and logo alignment?0 -
you line up the tyre logo with the valve (with military precision if your a stw'er) on the wheel in the event of a puncture gives you a point to look for on the tyre for thorns etc.
if tubeless you do it because your Rad and the trail gods shine on you and the chicks dig it!Timmo.

unless you own DT Swiss wheels and the logos aren't in the same place on both sides of the wheels, then you sit and rock quietly in the corner trying to decide which side to line up (drive side if you're interested) and ignore how much the other side will bother you0
