Is there a way to fit a tapered fork to a non-tapered frame ? Are there conversion kits or is a physical impossiblity ?

Depends on the frame. It may be possible if the frame has a 44mm (straight) headtube, using certain headsets. Otherwise, no.0

there is a headset available that uses n oversize bottom cup for the purpose of retro fitting tapered steerers, but there are afew more fators to it than that, depends how deep the taper is on the fork, what type of headset youve currently got etc. etc.Timmo.

Thanks all. I've emailed Cube as well asking if it is possible but they've not replied yet.0

Well, they'll probably say no since it wasn't designed for tapered, but I can't think of a Cube that doesn't have at least a 44mm headtube. So, it might very well be possible. What headset do you have now (or even just what frame/bike)?0

Cube did in fact say no as it's not designed for tapered0
