Bleeding Quad Deuce brakes

Hi,

I have a rare type of brake on my Saracen Myst DH bike called Quad Deuce. I bought a Quad bleed kit to have a go at learning to bleed them myself.

I understand there are two types of brake bleed - one for shimano style and one for Avid/Formula type brakes.

Can anyone recommend which instructional video I should follow to bleed quad deuce brakes? Was hoping there would be some instructions in the bleed kit but no of course there aren't!

Thanks for any advice. J

It's a lot more complex than that really, plus older Shimano are different to newer, meant to be better but I never had an issue with the older ones anyway!
