If you happen to be in Ireland and are up for a challenge (or even if you want a VERY easy ride for the whole family) - I am helping support a great charity ride on May 4.

Myself, along with Garmin pro rider Dan Martin will be riding on May 4 in Ireland int he Cycle4Life charity ride. We'll be doing the long route (147km) but there is also a short/family route of 5km and a medium route. No matter which you do, you have the chance to come and meet us both! (I realize meeting Dan is far more interesting).
ALL the proceeds go to supporting the Temple Street Children's Hospital in Dublin.
And there is a nice Gala dinner after the ride!
It's also a long weekend, so if you want to head over for the weekend, you can relax and enjoy yourself on the Monday after the ride. It starts in Dunboyne, which is jus outside Dublin.
I don't do much charity stuff, but this is something I support 100% - so if you're able to make it, PLEASE REGISTER ASAP!!!!
Thanks for looking and I hope to see a few of you from here.... there!!
