Rear derailleur issues - bent frame?

Have been on a long trip this weekend, but have just got back and realised that my deraileur looks all bent out of shape, I believe I must have done it this weekend since I had not noticed it before.
However on closer inspection it looks as though the frame of my onone 456 summer season has actually bent at the point where the derailleur attaches (since it doesn't use a hanger)!

Can anyone suggest what I can do / confirm that the frame has actually bent out of shape from the pictures? Also am I right in thinking that summer season frames have a lifetime warranty?
Thanks, Rob

Nope it isn't. The 'proper' way to do it would be to use one of these, which any bike shop would have and should't be to expensive to sort out.0 -

The easy way is use a pair of pliers, and bend.I don't do smileys.

Prefer an adjustable as it doesn't chew up the surface!Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
