Avid juicy 7 rear brake constant rubbing

The rear brake on my avid juicys is constantly rubbing the disc. I think its only one pad and it doesn't result in excessive resistance but the rubbing noise is irritating. Can anyone suggest a way to alleviate this issue?

Loosen the two bolts holding the caliper in place a couple turns, hold down the respective brake lever, then tighten the bolts again whilst continuing to hold the lever. That sorts the problem most of the time. Either way, if it does or not, use Nick's suggestion.0
