Just came across this cool site and had to have a quick go.
It lets you match up your Strava ride data with video footage of the ride, and creates an overlay with the various stats etc. Nerdy, but cool!

... and I read somewhere on their site that it's possible to use this with your turbo, so that the frame rate of the video is proportional to the power you put down. So pedal harder, and the footage moves quicker, and vice versa.
Obviously there's no real substitute for just getting out on the bike, but for those of us who like to dabble with technology, it sounds like a fascinating way of making turbo sessions a lot more engaging.
(I don't own a turbo, because everyone I know who's got one says they hate it)Alan
