Sorry if this a question which has been answered time and again!
I have just recieved my cleats and fitted them to my shoes , how will i know if they are in the correct position?
Is it a case of test and adjust to feels what is best for me or is there a laid down process to follow?
Cheers

Under the ball of the foot is a good start - I'd do some shorter rides first to dial them in.0

The Steve Hogg guide is a good place to start.
I've got UK 11 sized feet and I've probably moved the cleats about 5mm behind the figure that he recommends. To be fair I could probably move it back a bit more if I wanted to .
Regardless of the shoes I'm in, I can never get the centre of the cleat under the ball of my foot, but I'm not sure I'd want to. In the most furthest forward position I can get them (which is about 5-10mm behind), I start to get hot foot.0
