Can anyone please help me??
I am having truoble removing the pistons from my Avid Juicy 7's. The instructions from Sram says use a air compressor chuck. Can you use a suspension pump and if so would most pumps do the job??
Thanks

Use a track pump, a fork pump doesn't pump enough air. I put the caliper in a plastic bag too, catch the piston, which can either go quite a way, or hurt if it hits your hand while you're holding it.0

Thanks njee20, how do you get a seal from the track pump to the caliper?? My track pump is just a basic Specialized track pump. Can you buy and adaptor to fit the banjo hole??

Just hold it tightly where the hose goes in, if you do it flat the pressure will do it in within a couple of strokes.0
