that you can answer my question. Got a Hope BB and done 2000 miles and want to replace the bearings. Can I jus swap the old sealed bearing sett with new or is it advised to get the cartridge shell replaced too?

    Thanks Cooldad - sort of guessed. They have not worn out but I want new ones in as I'm taking it to Africa where it will get a pounding in the dust and sand - so I'll need everything new..
