Cleat position
My cleats were adjusted by a biomechanics person and he was explaining that if my toes still have pain or numbness, then check if the float is even on both sides. If not then adjust the angle of the cleat to compensate for it. I cant remember what way he said to angle them thoug? If there is more float on the left do you adjust the cleat to the right?

if your actual toes are numb you may have shoes that are too small. If its on the outside of the foot you may need a cleat wedge or two or the shoes are too narrow, or you have insufficient arch support in the inner sole, or all of the above. Try one thing at a time though or you'll be pishing in the wind.0

i use esoles. They appear to be a similar concept. The esoles are fantastic (though pricey). That and wider shoes ended a long and painful search to pain free cycling.0
