Check the Shimano website for differences - some of the retailer seem to list the wrong specs.

Not sure on the difference my-self but for £90, the MT15's are superd. Look good and roll very nicely indeed, made a big difference for me.
From what I can tell, they both use different hubs and the MT55's have a spoke count of 24 v 28 on the MT15's.
