New BB - Shimano XTR or Gusset Ext24?

A Shimano XTR external bottom bracket from Rose Bikes is coming in at around £24 (including postage) or I could go for a Gusset ext24 for the same money. Which should I choose?
I could quite easily bring the postage cost down from Rose bikes by buying more items but there's nothing else I need from them that's not cheaper/same price in the UK

Where I'm looking at buying from:
Shimano XTR BB:

Gusset ext24:

Would the Gusset out last the Shimano?0 -

I have had my XTR bottom bracket for over a year now, riding in all conditions with regular stream and ford crossings. With that sort of life £24 is a bargain.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350

Cheers,
I've managed to find a few people at work who will split the postage on some XTR ones, so going for them.
One thing niggles me, I've just been on bike-discount.de website to see if they were as cheap there. They list Shimano Bottom Bracket Hollowtech II XTR FC-M970 and Shimano Bottom Bracket Hollowtech II XTR FC-M980. What's the difference between fc-m980 and fc-m970 bottom bracket?

I thought any Hollowtech will work with any Hollowtech, is that right?0
