I have attached a segment hopefully this attachment works. It's 0.3 of a mile and completely flat.
I logged a 7th with my back pack on this morning during a commute. I gave it a good shot and came 7th so minus the heavy bag I could get top 3 I think but the guy at the top averaged 28mph against everyone else he is 5/6 mph quicker. It seems a little suspect if not kudos.
What you guys think?

Here's a segment with a slight incline and twice as long: http://app.strava.com/segments/2145803

Those times are genuine. I didn't even have a tailwind for mine.

Not unrealistic, go to his page, click on the right date and see the whole ride, he sets a good speed on that (his first) segment and slows then to about a 14-16mph average. I think that was his target segment for that ride and he went for it.

  • Looking at some of the segments we have both ridden I have been quicker on all but that one I think from what I can see.
With such a big difference between 1st and second it got me thinking.

The speed is not impossible over a relatively short distance, no reason to suspect it, like I said I think he just absolutely went for it on that one (he then slows a bit before speeding up again) which is his perogative. It's not like the implausable segment KOM on one of my commute segments where he then went on to do 58mph on a flat dual carriageway........now removed.
