Which of these two sites should I trust. Just done a 75 mile ride uploaded to both. If I go into player with the Garmin site, parts of the route do not stick to roads (look near the start). But on the RideWithGPS site everything is spot on.

Do the figures on the RWGPS site Distance, time etc make more sense and should I just dump the garmin site and its details.

It's the same data, but Garmin Connect is displaying less segments on the map. The slight difference in the figures look like they're down to a difference of opinion between the two as to what constitutes riding (as opposed to just sitting about). Also, might be worth turning elevation correction on in Garmin Connect as it does a pretty good job of sorting out issues relating to pressure changes over the ride. Given that Garmin Connect will give you the raw altitude data unless told to correct, I suspect RideWIthGPS is already doing some correction itself.

As to which is the more accurate, no idea. Pick the one you like and go for it, I reckon, as there's very little to chose between them apart from the vertical distance.

Personally I find Ridewithgps to be better.
