Chain device middle and big?

Can you get a chain device for a middle and big set up?
I only use middle/big and I'm happy with the gearing on those, chain falls off on down hill/jumps so would like something to hold it in place, not to fussed about a bash guard. I'm happy to loose granny and don't really want a single ring front, bike has the mount for a device on the frame behind the chain ring.
Is there anything I can purchase, looked on crc and struggling to suss out what I need?
