  • Me too. And £50? That's a bargain for the frame.

    Might consider chopping the steerer down - but if the spacer height works for you then ignore me.

    Thought about cutting the steerer at first, but when I ride the bike it feels good so I just left it as it is.

    My Inbred frame cost me £50 and is still going. I like this one 'cos I'm a fan of Pikes, the extra travel and the spec otherwise is very similar to mine. Great fun trail bike I would imagine!

    Shortened the steerer,
    Stem: On one Hot Box stem
    Seat post: Tmars dropper seatpost
    Tyres: Front On-One Chunky Monkey 26"x2.4", Rear On-One Smorgasbord 26"x2.25"
    Pedals: Shimano M530 SPD Trail Pedals

    good with a 40-50mm stem these if you can try one?
