    I shouldn't laugh. I couldn't complete a triathlon for all the tea in China... but that's absolutely hysterical!

    I shouldn't laugh either but I have completed plenty of Tri & duathlon races so feel OK having a chuckle. FFS a bit of transition training would have this sorted in no time at all.
    Pain hurts much less if its topped off with beating your mates to top of a climb.
