Barking club rides

I am considering joining a local cycle club for this year as I was a little late to the party last year. I live in the barking area and wanted to know if anyone on here is a member of a club in and around that area that I may also perhaps join?

Me too was looking hoping to hear stories of bizarre riding.
As for local clubs, use the BC clubfinder on their website - http://www.britishcycling.org.uk/clubfinder
I'm sure there will be plenty of people who will have ridden with some of your local clubs if you want an honest review.Pain hurts much less if its topped off with beating your mates to top of a climb.0 -

I'm in upminster if you fancy jumping on the c2c ..... Short ride from the station and you are in the countryside.
I've been trying to get an informal group up locally and usually a couple of us go out.0 -
