Magura Julie Caliper sticking

Hi-Have Magura Julie Disc brake system and having problems with front disc brake piston sticking in the out position. It still works but rubbing slightly.
Have tried lubricating with the Magura mineral oil and seems to go in and out okay when I'm working on it, but after a mile or so it starts sticking again.
I guess the caliper needs some new seals. Can't seem to find any service kits though and caliper is a single casting.
Is this is case of buying a new caliper or changing the whole system?
Would really prefer to fix as these brakes have been excellent, taken a real hammering over the last 5 years or so and this is the first problem.
Thanks.

sounds more like you need to re adjust the caliper position. and a little rubbing is always acceptable."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Ta-have tried re-adjusting a few times. It is rubbing enough to notice when riding, when you spin the wheel by hand it does rotate but stops much quicker than usual. You can also visibly see the piston on one side protruding out further0

I'm sure that there'd still be shops that have parts for your brakes.0
