Bent shifters/brake levers

Just wanted to ask how best to straighten shifters/brake levers after a crash. My right shifter has had its fair number of whacks and is beginning to look a little war wounded.

How best to fix them without it costing me an arm and a leg?

Is it just bent in? Or is it actually bent? If just bent in - you need an allen key which the hole is hidden under the rubber of the hood and once loosened you can bend the whole hood in or out more.

I think more just bent in than bent. Thanks will give it a go.
