Hi,

I've decided to go on the Dukan diet, & I need some low carb energy gels for sportives. Does anybody know of a company that makes them?

Cheers

You're going to find it hard to get enough energy without carbs...
  • Buy the gels of your choice and empty them beforehand?

Have a look for Aitchtooenno gels. They're pretty low calorie

If you want blast away a few pounds in order to fit into your wedding dress, then by all means. If you want permenent losses and energy to cycle then look elsewhere. YOU NEED CARBS. You will never be able to keep weight off with fad diets, what you need is a change of eating habits and lifestyle.

Low carb energy gel = most useless product some dunce will eventually bring to market
