Cube reaction or Scott scale

I had decided that I wanted a Reaction, that was until I went to the Scott demo day today.
I have between 2-3k to spend.
Looking at a cube gtc slt or a Scott scale 910, of which is £800 more..
Are Scott's worth it?
Anything else to consider.
Cheers

Little bias here as i have the Scott Scale and couldn't recommend it highly enough but both good bikes, spending this kind of money is just minor differences but for a saving of £800 the Cube is a no brainer.Zesty 514 Scott Scale 20 GT Expert HalfwayupMTB0

Actually when you weight it up the Scott has £1000 forks and the cube has 400. There you go0

CTD looks like a poor choice of fork for a bike like that.0

I'd rather have teh SID than the Fox.0

Why? is this not just Fox's lock out?supersonic wrote:I'd rather have teh SID than the Fox.
Why? Just personal preferance or is there someting else?0 -
I have had the Scott 910 since December and I love it, I really couldn't be more impressed with it...
I am confident that if you get one, you will not regret it0 -

Thats not a reasonable comparison. Rockshox forks are much cheaper than the equivalent Fox fork with the same features. Fox forks are no better quality than Rockshox.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -
The SID has a fully adjustable low speed compression dial. This is a very good forks.0
