What lubricant for crank axle?

My Dura Ace 7950 cranks and chainset with SRM power meter is finally back from servicing so I need to refit it onto my bike. What lubricant,if any, should I apply to the crank axle?

I have lithium grease, teflon grease and oil chain lubes. The bottom bracket or cranks started to creak recently after being out in heavy rain a lot so I just want to ensure it's properly sealed and lubricated if necessary.

    the axle shouldn't rotate with respect to the bb inner race so doesn't really need any lube, a wipe with grease before fitting will be fine

    if there's noise, try removing the bb cups, clean out the shell and the threads, put antiseize on the threads then refit

    if the bb still makes noises, the bearings may be dry/worn, if the bb cups have removable seals you can open them up and give the bearings a clean and grease, otherwise new bb
